Republic Day Celebration

Republic Day is one of the most important events for India and its citizens. It is the day when the Constitution of India came into force on 26 January 1950.

The 68th Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur in our school. The students saluted the National Flag and pledged themselves to upholding the honour and integrity, diversity and uniqueness of India. The Preamble of the Constitution and the importance of the Constitution were read by the students. Fr Sunith Prabhu SJ, the Director of St Joseph's Indian composite PUC, addressed the students and urged them to do their best and feel proud to be Indians. The students dispersed with the image of the fluttering tricolour in their minds.
